I got word from my mortgage broker that the house we've been trying to buy is almost ours. The bank is writing up the contract and we should sign by Friday, if not then next Monday Tuesday, I'm pretty excited about this, this is a pretty big step I'm taking and I'm sure the rest will follow. I got a great deal on the house and busted my ass inorder to provide all nessesary documents they needed at a drop of a dime, not to mention the funds. On another note... I recently made a purchase,,,, nay, an investment in home protection, I now am the proud owner of a Remington auto shotgun. Ready for thieves, coyotes, zombies, skallywags, flip flops and hoola hoops.




Damn I gotta trim the hedges haha
